Unlike QHHT Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, which requires in-person sessions and induces a deep somnambulistic state, this session is conducted at a lighter level of trance ideal for online hypnosis group and individual experiences for spiritual healing.
In this guided session, you will be gently led into a relaxed meditative state, where you can access past life memories, soul lessons, and deeper insights into your current life path. Dolores developed this method to allow you to explore your soul’s history in a safe and natural way without needing deep hypnosis. You may experience a past life that is relevant to your current challenges and growth in this lifetime and later experience an encounter with spirit guides, higher self, or soul family.
This session is perfect for anyone curious about past lives, personal growth, and spiritual exploration. No prior hypnosis experience is necessary, just an open mind and a quiet space. Before the session, consider dimming the lights, lighting a candle, or using essential oils to create a soothing atmosphere. Keep a notebook and pen close by, after the session, you may want to write down any memories, messages, or insights that come through.
