Cancellation Policy

Each QHHT® session is a dedicated 5–7 hour space set aside just for you within a busy clinic schedule. To keep everything fair and flowing, the following cancellation policy applied.

Cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance via email. Changes can be made up to 48hrs before your start time. Please be aware that any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 48 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Deposits are non refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date with 48 hours notice of the cancellation.
