Cancellation Policy:

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another client who may be on the waiting list.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy:

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. I kindly request that you attend your scheduled session promptly.

• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in requiring pre-payment for any future sessions.

Last-Minute Reschedule Policy:

I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment at the last minute.

• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will be accommodated based on availability and will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
• If an appointment needs to be rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no rescheduling fee.
