CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellations: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit paid in advance or reschedule your session with no extra fee's.  Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours. 
• Pre-paid Sessions: Online sessions are paid in full upfront. Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund  or reschedule your session with no extra fee's. Pre-paid sessions are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours. 
• It's rare but if I  need to cancel your session you will receive a  full refund for deposit paid or the option to reschedule  your session to a later date
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend without prior notice are required to pay for that session in full.
• No Refunds: No refunds for sessions that have already taken place.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and while the standard policy outlines the usual procedures, I am always open to reviewing individual situations with compassion and flexibility.
