The booking system currently displays appointment times in GMT for booking purposes. Before your session, we will confirm a suitable time together in EST/Eastern Time.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made with at least 30 days’ notice are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled session date.

Rescheduling requests with 30 days’ notice will be considered, but due to travel commitments and limited availability, an alternative date cannot be guaranteed.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. This down payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the client.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1 week before your scheduled session date.

As session spaces are limited and appointments are reserved specifically for you, all cancellations and rescheduling requests require a minimum of 1 week’s notice.

Cancellations made more than 1 week before your session will not be charged any further balance beyond the initial non-refundable down payment.

No refunds will be issued within 1 week of your scheduled appointment date. Rescheduling requests made with at least 1 week’s notice will be accommodated where possible.

Requests made with less than 1 week’s notice may result in the session being forfeited and payment retained.
