  A quick note about scheduling- the booking system currently displays appointment times in GMT. Don’t worry, this is simply for booking purposes. We will confirm and agree a session time together that works for both of us in EST (Eastern Standard/Eastern Time) before your appointment. 

 To secure your appointment, a non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. This down payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the client.  The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your scheduled session date. 

Due to the nature of my USA travel schedule and limited availability, all cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice.  Cancellations made more than 30 days before your session will not be charged any further balance beyond the initial non-refundable down payment. 

No refunds will be issued within 30 days of your scheduled appointment date. Rescheduling requests made with 30 days’ notice will be considered, and I will do my best to accommodate an alternative date where possible. Please note that due to travel commitments and a fixed schedule, rescheduled sessions cannot be guaranteed and may not always be possible.
