Quantum Healing Dublin Cancellation Policy

Each QHHT session, workshop, or online gathering is a sacred space held just for you. Out of respect for the time, energy, and preparation that goes into these offerings, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Deposits

A €100 deposit is required to confirm your QHHT® session (single)

A €200 deposit is required for couples & friends sessions.
Deposits are non-refundable, but with 48+ hours’ notice, they can be transferred to a future session.
 

Cancellations

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be applied to your next booking.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
If you do not show up for your session, the full fee will be charged.
 

 Workshops & Online Sessions

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
If cancelled with 48+ hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer your booking.
If cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the payment is forfeited.
