Quantum Healing Dublin Cancellation Policy

At Quantum Healing Dublin, each QHHT® session, workshop, or online session is prepared with intention. Your time is held exclusively for you, and space is reserved in a busy clinic to create the best possible healing experience.

To honour this commitment, the following policy applies:

• Single QHHT® session: €100
   
• Couples or friends session: €200
   

Deposits are non-refundable.

Late cancellations or rescheduling (less than 72 hours’ notice) will require rebooking through the website and payment of a new deposit.

• 72+ hours’ notice: deposit applies to your next session.
   
• Less than 72 hours’ notice: deposit is retained as a cancellation fee; a new deposit will be required for rebooking.
   
• No-shows: the full session fee is charged; an invoice will be sent to the email provided at booking.
   

• Deposits are non-refundable.
   
• Cancel with 72+ hours’ notice: no additional fee applies.
   
• Cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice: the full session fee is charged, with an invoice sent to the email provided at booking.
   

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
   
• Cancel with 72+ hours’ notice: full refund or option to transfer booking.
   
• Cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice: payment is retained as a cancellation fee.
   

QHHT® sessions, workshops, and online sessions are time-specific services. Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once a date and time are booked. Your deposit and payments follow the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined above.
