Whether you are beginning your wellness journey or looking to explore something new, this is an opportunity to experience a range of holistic approaches in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy a variety of experiences including meditation, breathwork, therapist Q&A sessions, hormonal health conversations, wellness talks, taster sessions and holistic therapies. Meet practitioners, ask questions, discover new approaches to wellbeing and enjoy a day dedicated to nurturing mind, body and soul. There is something for everyone to explore and all are welcome.

I’m delighted to be part of this special event and will be offering free QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) consultations, Past Life Regression taster experiences, and a chance to ask questions on all things hypnosis.
