The booking system currently displays appointment times in GMT for booking purposes. Before your session, we will confirm a suitable time together in EST/Eastern Time.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made with at least 30 days’ notice are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled session date.

Rescheduling requests with 30 days’ notice will be considered, but due to travel commitments and limited availability, an alternative date cannot be guaranteed.

To secure your QHHT appointment, a deposit is taken at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable when you give at least 7 days’ notice of your scheduled session. If your plans change, you’re also very welcome to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, provided you give at least 7 days’ notice, and your deposit can simply be transferred to your new appointment date. I completely understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected things come up, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, just get in touch with me as soon as you can and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.
