Dolores Cannon designed QHHT® so that you can get all you need in a single session. However you're welcome to come back for another session in time.
Come with an open mind and allow yourself to arrive relaxed and rested. It can help to set an intention for your session, but there is no need to prepare anything specific. Avoid alcohol or heavy stimulants beforehand, and wear comfortable clothing so you can fully relax during the experience. Most importantly, simply arrive as you are , the session will unfold naturally for you.
No, QHHT® sessions need to be provided in person.
Your session is recorded so you can revisit the experience afterwards and continue integrating the insights at your own pace. Many clients find new layers of understanding each time they listen back, which supports deeper reflection, clarity, and healing after the session.
I am often booked several months in advance, so if you cannot find your preferred appointment date online, please feel free to contact me by email to join my cancellation list.
Occasionally earlier appointments become available due to rescheduling, and I will always do my best to accommodate you earlier where possible.
